Our Vision for Excellence in CNA Education

At In Home WellCare Academy, our vision is to redefine CNA training in Rhode Island by setting a new standard for excellence in healthcare education. As we work toward becoming a DOH-approved training program, we’re driven by a commitment to go above and beyond, preparing CNAs who are skilled, confident, and ready to lead in patient care.

Please note: We are not yet approved by the Rhode Island Department of Health (DOH) and cannot accept student applications at this time. Stay tuned for updates on our progress.

A Higher Standard

While Rhode Island requires 120 hours of training for CNAs, our vision extends beyond these basics. We aim to create a program that:

• Offers small class sizes for personalized attention, ensuring every trainee masters essential skills.

• Uses modern hospital beds and interactive classrooms to provide a cutting-edge learning environment.
